MASSABOUTIQUE.COM is the online Boutique of Francesco Massa S.r.l. On the web site you can buy clothing, accessories and footwear of best fashion brands for men, women and children. The online shopping on MASSABOUTIQUE.COM is simple. In a few clicks you can buy online your favorite products. First you must be registered and the procedure is really quick! You only have to fill out the following form in Register page and then you can proceed immediately to your online shopping.
Why some products do not show the "Buy now" button?
You may have seen some product where instead of the "Buy now" button there is the caption "Check availability". This is a modality that allows us to filter requests that come through the website and serve as intermediary with the warehouse. It is a method that we use for those products that do not have huge warehouse stock but allows, however, to order the product you are interested in.
If you are interested in purchasing a product that shows the "I'm interested in this product" caption please fill out the form that appears in the product information sheet.
What is the Reward Card? Where can I view my coupon?
The Reward Card is a coupon of 20.00 EUR that you can use for your online purchases. A unique service that rewards your entrance into MASSABOUTIQUE.COM world.
You will receive the Reward Card registering to MASSABOUTIQUE.COM website and filling out all the fields into "Your data".

MASSABOUTIQUE.COM sells only products of excellent quality, purchased directly from the most prestigious Italian and International fashion houses.
MASSABOUTIQUE.COM is official dealer for all products and all trademarks on this site. Products sold and brand manufacturers, therefore, are carefully selected for their stringent quality control standards.
Any product on MASSABOUTIQUE.COM, in fact, is quickly identifiable and traceable through the Manufacturer Code and the code assigned by MASSABOUTIQUE.COM. This code, accompanied by photographic images, is shown into the product information sheet on our website.
What payment method can I use?
Is it possible to pay with credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), PayPal (safe and easy it allows you to pay with same credit card data using an e-mail address) Bank Transfer (you will receive an order confirmation with the bank details of Francesco Massa S.r.l. We kindly ask you to indicate your order number as reason) or Cash on Delivery (available for order less then 500 EUR with an extra charge of € 6.00).
What is the Tax Free price?
The term Tax Free refers to the product price VAT reduced.
Tax Free price is reserved only to customers resident outside European Union.
During the check out procedure, you will identify which Country is the destination for the merchandise, this information is used to calculate taxes and product price of the Country.
Which countries do you ship to?
Shipments are made worldwide on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid - Delivery customs clearance). This means that any local taxes and import duties on the purchase will be demanded by courier with a communication before the delivery.
Shipments destined outside the European Community are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax but they are subject to import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the client's home country regulations.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole competence and responsibility of the client.
Product prices that are published on the website MASSABOUTIQUE.COM reflect the actual retail price of the goods which NOT include IMPORT FEES (based on the customer's home country regulation).
How many duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices on the website are shown VAT included or excluded. During the check out procedure you will identify which Country is the destination for the merchandise, this information is used to then calculate the Sales taxes of the Country specified and shipping costs. The exact price of an item is not finalized until you have selected your shipping destination.
Sales taxes and Shipping Costs are calculated and shown as part of the final invoice before the Customer authorizes payment.
The total invoice paid during the purchase process do not includes DDU countries where the Customer will be charged for any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase.
Where is my order?
Upon shipping the order, MASSABOUTIQUE.COM send you an E-mail containing the tracking number provided by SDA or DHL. You will follow the status of your order directly on control panel on personal profile.
Registered user may log in to view complete order history, including information about current orders and the web page displayed will show exact and up-to-date product tracking of your shipment.
How soon I will receive my order?
Italy 2 - 3 working days
Europe 2 - 4 working days
Rest of the World 3 - 5 working days
All orders will be delivered by SDA for Italy and FedEx for Europe and the rest of the World, from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The courier will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery time.
